§ 31.02 TREASURER.
   (A)   The Treasurer shall perform the statutory duties of the office and other duties as directed by Council.
   (B)   The salary of the Treasurer shall be as set by Council.
   (C)   The Treasurer shall furnish bond in the sum set by Council.
