The Third Ward shall be and shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
(A) The east boundary line shall begin at the intersection of Crawford Street and South Washington Street; thence south along the center line of South Washington Street to South Avenue, with the houses on the west side of Washington Street to be included in Third Ward; thence west along the center line of South Avenue to Elm Street, with the houses on the north side of South Avenue in Third Ward; thence south along the center line of Elm Street to Gordon Avenue, with the houses on the west side of Elm Street in third Ward; thence west along the center line of Gordon Avenue to Park Street, with the houses on the north side of Gordon Avenue in Third Ward; thence south along the center line of Park Street to Logan Street, with the houses on the west side of Park Street in Third Ward; thence east along the center line of Logan Street to Washington Street, with the houses on the south side of Logan street in Third Ward; thence south along the center line of Washington Street to the south corporation line;
(B) The south boundary line shall be the south corporation line;
(C) The west boundary line shall be the west corporation line;
(D) The north boundary line shall be the same as the south boundary line of the Second Ward as set out above with the house on Fulton Street designated House No. 401 included in the Third Ward and the house on Euclid Avenue designated House No. 414 included in the Third Ward.
