§ 11.03 SECOND WARD.
   The Second Ward shall be and shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
   (A)   The east boundary line shall be the center of North and South Washington Streets from the intersection of Crawford Street and South Washington Street on the south to the north corporation line on the north, and shall also include any area of the corporation north of U.S. 30;
   (B)   The south boundary line shall be along the center line of West Crawford Street from South Washington Street on the east to South Shannon Street on the west, with the houses on the north side of Crawford Street to be included in Second Ward; thence northeasterly along the center of South Shannon Street to the intersection of Grant Street with South Shannon Street; thence west along the center line of Grant Street across the railroad to Euclid Avenue following a hypothetical line, with the house on Fulton Street designated House No. 337 included in the Second Ward, and the house on Euclid Avenue designated House No. 408 included in the Second Ward; thence west along the center of an alley between Forest Avenue on the north and Prospect Avenue on the south; thence west along a hypothetical line created by extending the center line of the alley between Forest Avenue on the north and Prospect Avenue on the south described hereinabove through the property of the former Washington School to Sibley Street; thence north along the center line of Sibley Street to Woodland Avenue, with the houses on the east side of Sibley Street in Second Ward; thence west along the center line of Woodland Avenue to the west corporation line, with the houses on the north side of Woodland Avenue in Second Ward;
   (C)   The west boundary line shall be the west corporation line;
   (D)   The north boundary line shall be the north corporation line, and shall also include any area of the corporation north of U.S. 30.
