§ 11.02 FIRST WARD.
   The First Ward shall be and shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
   (A)   The west boundary line shall be the center of North and South Washington Streets from the intersection of Garden Drive and South Washington Street on the south to the north corporation line on the north, but not including any area of the corporation north of U.S. 30;
   (B)   The north boundary line shall be the north corporation line, excluding any area of the corporation north of U.S. 30;
   (C)   The east boundary line shall be the east corporation line;
   (D)   The south boundary line shall begin at the intersection of South Washington Street and Garden Drive; thence east along the center line of Garden Drive to Market Street, with the houses on the north side of Garden Drive in First Ward; thence north along the center line of Market Street, with the houses on the west side of Market Street in First Ward; thence east along the center line of Keplar Street to Walnut Street, with the houses on the north side of Keplar Street in First Ward; thence south along the center line of Walnut Street to Darwin Street, with the houses on the east side of Walnut Street in First Ward; thence east along the center line of Darwin Street to Tyler Street, with the houses on the north side of Darwin Street in First Ward; thence north along the center line of Tyler Street to Frothingham Street, with the houses on the west side of Tyler street in First Ward; thence east along the center line of Frothingham Street to Jennings Road, with the houses on the north side of Frothingham Street in First Ward; thence southeasterly along the center line of Jennings Road to Zimmerman Avenue; thence north along the center line of Zimmerman Avenue to the point as if Greenewald Street extended through to Zimmerman Avenue, with the houses on the west side of Zimmerman Avenue in First Ward; thence east as if Greenewald Street extended to the east corporation line.
