The Finance Director is hereby charged with the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, and is hereby empowered to adopt, promulgate and enforce rules and regulations consistent with the provisions of this chapter relating to any matter or thing pertaining to the collection of taxes and the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, including provisions for the reexamination and correction of returns. The Finance Director shall make electronic versions of any rules or ordinances governing the hotel/motel tax available to the public through the internet.
