234.09 JOINT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (JEDD) AGENCY FUND.

It is hereby established within the budgetary accounts of the City of Vandalia a fund to be titled “Butler Township JEDD Fund” with said fund to be used for the receipt and dispersal of all tax collections on behalf of the Butler Township Joint Economic Development District.
