No adult entertainment facility, except adult motels, regardless of whether or not a permit has been issued for said business under this chapter, shall remain open for business, and no employee or independent contractor shall engage in a performance, solicit a performance, make a sale, solicit a sale, provide a service, or solicit a service, before 6:00 a.m. or after midnight on any particular day. Provided an adult entertainment facility that holds a liquor permit pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 4303 may remain open until the hour specified in that permit.
