The annual adult entertainment facility permit renewal fee for an adult entertainment facility permit shall be determined from time to time by City Council. A permit shall not be renewed until the annual adult entertainment facility permit renewal fee is paid. The annual adult entertainment facility permit renewal fee shall be due each year for which the application for a renewal of the adult entertainment facility permit for the business is received. The initial fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
