Pursuant to R.C. § 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the municipality the Ohio Fire Code, being particularly the most current edition thereof, (the 2017 edition of the Ohio Fire Code, as published by the International Code Council), as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, as published in the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC), Chapter 1301:7-7 save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted.
