1466.01 FIRE LIMITS DEFINED.

The fire limits of the Municipality are hereby defined as the boundaries of Commercial and Industrial Zoning Districts, excluding those parcels of land located in Dayton Center Subdivision on the north side of Center Drive and which maintain a minimum building setback of 200 feet from any residential use.
