Fees for permits for regulated construction, alteration, repair, removal, demolition, use, location, occupancy and maintenance of all classes of buildings and structures and their service equipment, not specifically provided by this chapter or other City ordinance, shall be established by the City Manager, upon the recommendation of the Division of Inspection, and shall be filed with the Division.
