(a) The following schedule shall be the rate charged by the City for burial in Poplar Hills Cemetery:

(b) The charge for opening and closing graves shall be as follows:

For infants (under the age of seven years) | $100 | $150 | No change |
For children (7 through 17 years of age) | $200 | $300 | No change |

No Sunday nor City of Vandalia legal holiday grave openings shall be provided.
