1060.07 COLLECTION BY AUTHORIZED AGENTS.

No person, other than the duly authorized agents of the City, shall collect or receive and thereafter convey or transport on the streets and alleys or public thoroughfares of the City garbage or trash from residential premises and/or buildings or structures containing more than one dwelling unit.
