The City Manager, or his or her designee, is directed to prepare a list of all lots and parcels within the City classified as single-family residential properties and nonresidential properties (each as defined in Section 1045.03). The City Manager, or his or her designee, is further directed to measure the total square footage of impervious surface on all nonresidential properties within the City and assign the appropriate number of ERUs to each such property as is appropriate based on the measurements.
