(a) The permit shall be posted in a conspicuous location at the project site if possible. If not, the owner or contractor shall retain the permit and have it readily available upon request by the City.
(b) The owner or contractor shall preserve the permit until completion of the work. Upon application by the owner or contractor, the Director of Public Service or his or her designee shall issue a duplicate permit to replace one destroyed by vandals or one which is accidentally destroyed.
