1042.18 TURNING CURB STOP COCK, FIRE HYDRANT OR VALVE.

No person, other than a member of the Fire Division in the performance of his or her duties, or an employee of the Utilities Department, shall turn a curb stop cock, fire hydrant or valve, without a written permit issued by the Utilities Department.
