1042.07 APPROVAL OF PLANS BY BOARD HAVING JURISDICTION.

Any applicant, before making application to Council for water service, shall obtain approval of the plans and specifications by any appropriate board having jurisdiction thereof. Such approval shall be evidenced by writing, signed by an authorized representative of such board.
