1030.05 CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

No utility service provider shall occupy or use the City public rights of way without having a valid Certificate of Registration issued by City pursuant to this chapter. Use shall include construction, maintenance, or the performance of any work on a utility system.
