1026.04 VIOLATIONS.

No person shall construct, repair or alter any street, driveway, curb, sidewalk, storm and sanitary sewer, catch basin, manhole or related structure in violation of this chapter, or perform other work which fails to comply with the minimum provisions of this chapter.
