The City standard construction drawings, dated March, 1979, and on file in the office of the Director of Public Service, a copy of which is attached to original Ordinance 79-9, passed April 2, 1979, and made part of this section by reference, are hereby approved and confirmed by Council. Copies of such drawings and of all amendments thereof may be obtained, at cost, at the office of the Director of Public Service.
