As used in this chapter:
(a) "House trailer" means any vehicle used as sleeping or living quarters, mounted on wheels and capable of being propelled either by its own power or by other power driven vehicles to which it may be attached.
(b) "Trailer tourist park" means any plot or parcel of ground which meets all regulations and requirements hereinafter prescribed, operating for the convenience of two or more house trailer owners or residents.
