No license shall be issued by the City Manager for any of the aforementioned exhibitions, entertainments or amusements after the same is proposed to be held or exhibited at the same time as any similar activity within the limits of the City, nor shall any such license be issued for any such exhibition, entertainment or amusement proposed to be held or exhibited within a period of ten days immediately preceding or following the holding or exhibiting of any similar activity within the City.
