Any person desiring to exhibit to the public any of the exhibitions, entertainments or amusements described in Section 854.01, shall apply to the City Manager stating his or her name, address, the kind and character of the exhibition, performance, entertainment or amusement proposed to be shown, the place and times for holding the performance, together with any other information requested by the City Manager.
