618.17   DISPOSITION OF DEAD ANIMALS BY CITY EMPLOYEES.
   Any employee or agent of the City, acting under the general direction of the Director of Public Safety, the Chief of Police or the Director of Public Service, is hereby authorized to remove and dispose of any dead animal found in any public right of way or other public place, provided that such removal and disposal are done in conformity with the laws of the State and in a manner that does not inure to the benefit of any individual employee.
