(a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter or in Ohio R.C. Chapter 4301, no owner and/or occupant of any premises located within the City shall knowingly allow any person under the age of twenty-one years to remain on such premises while in the possession of or while consuming beer or intoxicating liquor, unless such person under the age of twenty-one years is a member of the owner’s and/or occupant’s immediate family. As used in this section, “immediate family” means blood relatives or relatives through marriage.
(b) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter or in Ohio R.C. Chapter 4301, no parent or guardian of any person under the age of twenty-one years shall negligently permit such person to violate division (a) of this section.
(c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
