448.05 ADMISSION OF EVIDENCE.

In any criminal prosecution for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, the court may admit evidence of a noise level as tested by any sound level meter which meets or exceeds the specifications of the American National Standards Institute for Type II equipment.
