444.06 RIDING ON SIDEWALKS.

(a) Any person riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk shall yield the right of way to any pedestrian and give an audible signal before overtaking and passing such pedestrian.

(b) No person shall operate a motorized bicycle upon a sidewalk in the City.
