All court costs in the Vandalia Municipal Court shall be as provided under the Ohio Revised Code and shall not exceed the costs provided for matters in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, and as established by rule of the Judge of the Vandalia Municipal Court. Such costs should be comparable, insofar as practicable to those established by the Dayton Municipal Court. (Ord. 59-15. Passed 10-5-59.)
