The Golf Course Advisory Board shall seek to secure cooperation with the Board of Education of the Vandalia - Butler City School District in the administration of golf activities employing the facilities in such manner as to secure the utmost benefits and advantages from all golf facilities and properties provided by the taxpayers. The Golf Course Advisory Board shall similarly seek to secure the cooperation of all residents of the City and to coordinate both public and private golf insofar as the same is practicable.
