The members of the Golf Course Advisory Board shall select from their number a Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary. The Board shall hold such meetings as it may require and it shall designate the time and place thereof. It shall adopt rules and procedures for its meetings and shall keep a record of all its proceedings. Three of its members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. (Ord. 77-02.
