There is hereby established a Golf Course Advisory Board, which shall consist of six members: One member to be a Councilman selected by a majority vote of Council with no voting power and the remaining five members to be appointed by Council by a majority vote. The five members appointed at large by Council shall serve for terms of three years, except that the terms of the present members of the Board appointed under Ordinance 75-5 shall continue until their expiration dates as established by such ordinance. No officer or employee of the City shall be eligible to such appointive membership. Members of such Board shall serve without pay. Vacancies on the Board occurring other than by expiration of term shall be for the unexpired term and shall be filled in the same manner as original appointments.
