The Department of Parks and Recreation shall be under the supervision of a Director, who shall have all of the powers and duties given by the Charter, Ohio statutes and City ordinances. The Director shall be a resident of the City at the time of his or her appointment and during his or her tenure of office as provided under Charter Section 6-2.
