234.05   OMVI INDIGENT FUND.
   There is hereby established, within the budgetary accounts of the City of Vandalia, a fund to be titled "OMVI Indigent Fund." Said Fund shall be used for the receipt and dispersal of all funds related to Ohio R.C. Section 4511.99.
