234.01   LEGISLATIVE INTENT.
   The investment of idle funds and treasury depositories are a matter of local concern pursuant to Charter Section 10-13 and Ohio R.C. 731.56 to 731.59 are hereby declared inoperable within the City. (Ord. 75-25. Passed 8-4-75.)
