The City will pay for the construction of corner radii and the replacement of existing curbs. Property owners will be assessed for the initial construction of curbs and sidewalks and for replacement of existing sidewalks, based on a front-footage basis. Agriculturally zoned property will receive a maximum assessment based upon a 200-foot frontage, with the remainder assessed at the time of development.
