208.05 EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS.

Unless otherwise specifically stated by a resolution or ordinance of Council, all contracts made by and on behalf of the City shall be signed by the City Manager, or by the person appointed to act in the absence of the City Manager, and attested by the Clerk or Deputy Clerk of Council. (Ord. 75-28. Passed 10-6-75.)
