SECTION 8-6. CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS.

All elections shall be conducted and the results canvassed and certified by the election authorities as prescribed by the General Election Laws of the State of Ohio.

All other matters relating to elections not specifically provided for in this Charter or by ordinance of Council shall be determined by the General Election Laws of the State of Ohio.
