SECTION 6-9.   DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY.
   The Director of Public Safety shall be the executive head of the Divisions of Police and Fire. The Director shall have all the powers and duties given such Director by this Charter, the Ohio Constitution, and ordinances of Council.
