SECTION 3-1. QUALIFICATIONS.

Candidates for the office of the Council must be qualified electors of the City of Vandalia, Ohio.

   Any person elected to the Council must maintain his residence within the corporate limits of the City of Vandalia, Ohio.

   Members of the Council shall not hold any other public office of the City of Vandalia, or employment in any agency or department of the City of Vandalia.
