§ 90.080 EXPERIENCED PERSON REQUIRED.
   Any owner as defined in this subchapter shall at all times have on-site with the animals a person or persons fully experienced in the proper handling of the animals. The person(s) shall be at least 18 years of age and be capable of using equipment referenced in § 90.077 of this subchapter.
