§ 90.076 TRANSFER OF POSSESSION OR OWNERSHIP.
   At any time that physical possession or ownership of the animals shall transfer from the person, firm or corporation who obtained the original permit(s), the permit(s) expire(s) with the date of transfer of possession or ownership and a new permit must be applied for by the appropriate owner.
