§ 158.66 AMENDMENTS.
   The provisions of this chapter may from time to time be amended, supplemented, changed, modified, or repealed by the Board of Commissioners. The Vance County Board of Commissioners may also authorize a variance from these regulations when in its opinion the interests of the public would best be served by such variance.
