Appeals of proposed street renaming/renumbering, individual addressing number changes or denial of a street name request must be filed with the Address Coordinator, in writing, within 30 days of written notification of required owner action. In the event of a denial by the Address Coordinator(s), individuals affected by proposed changes or denials may file appeal to the Vance County Board of Commissioners. This final appeal must be filed in writing within 30 days of the denial with the Address Coordinator(s) and will be placed on the next available Board of County Commissioner meeting agenda.
