§ 158.04 JURISDICTION.
   The provisions and regulations provided by this chapter shall apply within the ordinance- making jurisdiction of Vance County. Enforcement of this chapter within a municipal jurisdiction shall require an intergovernmental agreement between said municipality and the County of Vance.
