§ 95.11 ENFORCEMENT.
   The Fire Marshal or his or her designee, or the sheriff or his or her designee, are authorized to enforce this chapter, inspect any property for the purpose of ascertaining compliance with the provisions of this chapter and order fires in violation of this chapter to be extinguished.
