If the Board denies the special use permit, it shall enter the reason for its action in the minutes of the meeting at which the action is taken. No appeal may be taken from the action of the Board of Adjustment in granting or denying a special use permit except through the Vance County Superior Court. Said appeal must be made within 30 days.
