§ 156.073 CHANGE OF USE.
   A nonconforming use shall only be changed to a use listed as permitted or permitted with conditions for the zone in which such a nonconforming use is located. Uses not designated as permitted or special shall be prohibited by this chapter in the areas delineated by the Official Zoning Map of Vance County.
