(A) Unless the context clearly indicates to the contrary, words used in the present tense include the future tense and words used in the singular include the plural.
(B) In general, words and terms used in these standards shall have their customary dictionary meanings; except as defined in the following section or unless they are used in context so as to indicate otherwise.
