(A) Subdivisions with access allowed by the US Corps of Engineer on Kerr Lake shall have at least 1 dedicated roadway to the lake for use by all owners within the subdivision. Construction and maintenance shall comply with USCOE requirements and shall minimize the disturbance to existing shoreline and adjacent lands.
(B) The use of high wattage spotlights, flashing lights or other intrusive lighting system is expressly prohibited. No straight pipe restroom facilities may be constructed in conjunction with any development on land adjoining the Kerr Lake.
