§ 155.107 CEMETERIES.
   (A)   A subdivision shall provide permanent public access to any existing cemetery within the boundaries of the subdivision.
   (B)   If there is no other access, any existing cemetery located on land adjacent to a proposed subdivision must be provided adequate access.
